Workshop: Creating a Pollinator Habitat on the Homestead

July 26 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free – $25.00
Erin Cocca is a Pollinator Conservation Specialist with The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation where she assists farmers and other private landowners in creating and managing pollinator habitat on their property. This workshop will include a presentation on native pollinators and ways to improve habitat for them in your garden. The hands on workshop will include the experience of creating both a perennial pollinator garden and an annual pollinator garden. Come and get your hands dirty, have fun, and learn how to improve your garden and homestead.
The Good Life Center believes in reciprocity and community; as such, all possible workshops are sliding scale. See the Sliding Scale ticket if you cannot afford full price.
