Bookstores receive 20% discount on the first two books and 40% discount thereafter. Please call or email us directly for ordering information.

International Shipping – currently discouraged

Unfortunately, the United States Postal Service no longer allows books to be shipped at the media rate for international destinations. The postage costs for shipping our books internationally has now become prohibitive, with shipping costs equal to or more than the cost of the books themselves. We therefore are discouraging international patrons from purchasing our books through our website at this time.

Vintage Titles

Please note that the list of available titles contains several items that are first-edition, vintage titles that pre-date 1980. These collectors’ items may not be in first-quality condition, having aged in their original boxes in the top of the Nearing tool shed. Of course, we will honor any returns, if you are unsatisfied in any way with the condition of your order.

We realize that other book distributors sell these books at a lower price. Please consider the extra cost as a donation to the Good Life Center. We rely on book sales as a significant part of our revenue. Thank you!
